Former Camden resident and Islesboro coach Travis Tatro, 30, is facing 28 charges relating to the police investigation that resulted in his arrest in November of last year. The charges include 16 counts of gross sexual assault, eight counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, three counts of sexually explicit materials of minors under 12 years of age and one count of unlawful sexual contact.

Tatro, who has since relocated to the Thomaston area, has been free on $20,000 real estate surety bail and must adhere to conditions that include no direct or indirect contact with people under the age of 18, with the exception of a younger relative, according to court documents.

Court records state that Tatro's attorney, Walter McKee, filed a motion to suppress statements his client made to police prior to his arrest on April 7. #REGRAM
