This post is for my lady followers🙋👭. Sorry boys 💋 so I get a lot of emails daily asking how I got my waist so small. Instead of answering every email individually I figured I'd just make a video answering your questions(so don't think I'm trying to hold off on sharing what I did) I got 2 waist trainers from www.swancoast.com @swancoast and did their program with the trainers. It was pretty uncomfortable/painful at times. It takes your body a while to get used to it. Once you start seeing results though, it's worth it. It took a month for noticeable results and 3 months for dramatic results.
