These are my pictures from the Dallas Europa! I placed 15th in this show a few weekends ago. I have to admit it did get to me a bit. I haven't been myself in the gym 100% or in my diet 100% this last week. When you put your whole heart and soul into something and don't do as well as you are use to it's so easy to be hard on yourself. This was my best physique to date and I know that in my heart. Just an FYI to all competitors or if you are trying to become the best you. Remember all you can do is your best! Never give up! OUR time will come! I promise!?? As I am doing cardio writing this post. I just want you all to know that no matter where you are at in your journey of life. There will always be down times but YOU have to pull through because there is NO GIVING UP! Now get your ass up and go!?? Next up for me is Phoenix 5/31 and NorCal show 6/7! I may be small but I am mighty and my heart and passion is unmatched!? 15+ IFBB pro shows I haven't won on paper yet but I will just watch me!? #NeverGiveUp
