Sometimes we all fail. Here I was going for a 1 rep max back squat and dropped my upper body when I failed the lift instead of getting our from under it like I have many times before... The bar rolled onto my neck and pulled me down. I was shaken up but 100% ok. Good form should never be substituted for a heavier set. We all make mistakes from time to time, learn from them ?
