Base color is Color Club French tip and the rest is acrylics paints, sorry they don't have a name, they're a bunch of little connected paint pots, bought the set at Michael's (craft store). You could also do this with polish though. The brush could also be bought at a craft store or on eBay, mine is a JN Dance 24 bought from @faburnails . No directions since this is pretty self explanatory, do little lines in a spiral with all your colors then go over a second time to make them opaque and top coat when done! **Song ?
