social media: it's consumed far too much of my time. Too many things I need to do/see/create/experience in REAL life, that I need to better select where those energies are distributed. Because I refuse to let anyone else run all of my social media, I find myself pouring over this damn cell phone-first scrolling thru hundreds of Twitter posts-then thu Instagram(most of em repeats from Twitter anyway). SO! I've decided to dwindle down people I follow to a concentrated amount of artists I'm inspired by on artistically technical levels, and save my more "social" timeline for Twitter(where it's easier for me to respond anyway since Instagram comments are the bane of my existence nowadays). So to all my friends who post lovely photos of your babies, your meals, boobs/selfies, etc, don't worry! I still love you! Just trying to find a balance! xo.
