You guys have been wanting a video of my workouts, so here you go! Sled pull with 55lbs - 2 lengths Lunge walk with 40 lbs 20 reps. Alternating 4 lb med ball toss- 8 each way. Partner sit up with 10lb medicine ball - at least 30 reps. Typewriter- 8 each way. 4 sets of these then 20 min cardio. #lovethegym
