#TransformationTuesday Talk about a transformation from my client and bikini athlete @m_e_l_l_y__ ! This is what 8 months of hard work and putting in 100% effort without EVER complaining looks like! Melissa came to me looking to get fit. Never imagined she would step on stage as a bikini competitor! She said when she first emailed me she was in tears and knew she needed a change she wasn't happy or confident. She is now in the best shape of her life and stepping on stage this weekend!
