STEPS✏️
?PRIME the lid using @NYX Cosmetics Jumbo Eye Pencil in MILK and blend out. ?CREASE: shade with GALAXY
?LID: shade with sky blue shade from the Fantasy Palette. Perfect for Spring!
?LINE the eye using your fav liquid or gel liner. I used @kryolanofficial Aquacolor wet liner (activated with water for a liquid liner consistency). Then mattify with black shadow ONYX. Add some liner to your lower lash line as well and set with GALAXY. ?DARKEN the outer V where your wing and crease meet using black shadow and blend into the crease. ?GLITTER LINER: Mix silver glitter CELEBRATE with Sally's glitter gel to form a paste. Take a clean liner brush and line the glitter paste just above your black liner. Also add some under your wing ends. ?WATERLINE: I love matching my waterline color to my shadows so line your waterline with your MILK jumbo eye pencil and set the shadow with the same sky blue shadow using an angle liner brush . Also line your upper waterline with black gel liner.
FINISH OFF by adding false lashes!"
