1. Paint the colors of your choice on a makeup sponge, overlapping between colors. Using two colors in the same family blends the easiest?
2. Dab the color onto a dried base, moving side to side. I then added China Glaze Fairy Dust✨ also blends the colors☺️
3. Clean around the edge with a q-tip or concealer brush
4. Using white polish, make clouds using overlapping dots✨
5. Seal with topcoat
