Every time I leave my Psychology classes, my inspiration and self-awareness is expanded. Even though studying sucks, and gathering the energy to go to college classes is a struggle, I am seriously passionate about my major. Today we talked about "attaining a meaningful life via intentional activities" and these are the notes we took. These are the lessons education systems should require students to learn, these are what's important. Learning how to increase positivity. It's a lot more beneficial to life than knowing how to graph a linear equation in my opinion. Focusing on the good things that happen to you, finding a flow, learning to observe yourself and those around you.. they all lead to a happier life, and that's what Psychology helps to teach me. I sincerely encourage everyone to look into these lessons and work on increasing your self-awareness, especially if you are felling out of control of what occurs in your life and emotions. Beautiful things happen all around you.. you don't want to miss them! ??????✨?
