Step 1: Paint your base color and let dry! 2: Apply topcoat where you're going to put the glitter so it sticks 3: With your dotting tool pick up glitter and place on nail , use needle to fix in place 4: With your cuticle nipper trim glitter to place at cuticle and trim glitter at free edge 5: topcoat and you're done! **Song ?
