Hey guys!? It's been just over 1.5 weeks since I had a nail break so I wanted to keep you guys posted with the results. This is specifically for followers who are trying to grow their nails, or improve their nail and cuticle health☺️ here is my routine:
1. Great nails starts with great cuticles. Try to use cuticle oil consistently, especially overnight. I recommend a rich cuticle butter for overnight use, like Lemony Flutter by Lush? (Burt's Bees has a great cuticle balm as well, and can be found in pharmacies?). after applying it, gently push back your cuticles with your nails to help lengthen the nail bed.
2. Regular gentle filing, believe it or not, is important to helping your nails grow! It's just like trims for your hair? Using a glass file (I got mine from Sephora) ensures that your nails aren't damaged by filing and helps prevent nail/corner breaks.
3. Use a nail strengthener daily or under every manicure. I love Nail Envy by OPI (available at beauty supply stores).
4. Taking a daily supplement like Biotin helps support healthy hair, skin, and nails. Beauty starts from within?

Nail care is all about consistency. If you're willing to put in a few minutes a day, your nails and cuticles will thank you☺️?
