My #healthy side dish for #dinner last night #stuffedpeppers
Mix sultanas, pine nuts, chopped basil, spring onions, salt&pepper, Tabasco, lime juice, chopped black olives, sun dried tomatoes into plain couscous & stuff into #redpeppers
drizzle with olive oil
Bake for 15
Serve crumbled feta cheese.
