Pete and Rebekah DiMartinos have spent the past year recovering from their @BostonMarathon bombing injuries and on April 4, they said their 'I dos'. “We are blessed by all of our friends and family for everything that they have done through the past year. Everybody has had our backs and it’s been absolutely incredible,” Pete said at the reception.

The DiMartinos were at the finish line waiting for Pete’s mother to cross when the bombs detonated. They were among the 275 people injured and are still grappling with lingering emotional and physical wounds. “It's going to take a lot longer than a year to heal and to come to terms with what happened,” Rebekah said.

In the picture above Pete assists Rebekah with the special leg crutch she used to help her walk down the wedding aisle. "I think now we can conquer anything," Rebekah said. "Pete has seen me at my absolute worst and loved me." See "Year of Recovery" at nbcnews.to/photo for more pictures.
