Always remember that the client is the boss when they are in your chair, or maybe buying your product.
Make sure she is happy with the service, that the product works for her, and that you listen to her needs [or story] ? Its not about you at that time, she/he is paying for a 180 degree experience. No matter how much your client loves you, she didn’t come there to listen about personal problems, she is there to feel and look great.
I always tell my salon techs this, and when I speak to my account executives. The biggest misconception that you can have in this business, is to start thinking that you’re a celebrity and people will come to you no matter what.
There is a lot of talent out there, and a lot of traffic ??? Make sure its worth the clients time ?
