When I was younger, my mom and grandmother always had homemade che (#Vietnamese dessert) cooking on the stove and it would make the entire house warm with the aroma of coconut, pandan leaves, and sugar. So I decided to learn how to make che chuoi! (Banana, tapicoa, sticky rice, with creamy coconut sauce on top and roasted sesame seeds.) Have you ever had che?
