I grew up living in a school bus in the middle of a forest.
It had two stories, it slept 7.
We had no running water (we / I transported 500 gal at a time to a water tower.) We gardened, read books, danced to fiddle music & spent time as a family, (we didn't have a phone until I was 8) We were Homeschooled & given projects like "rethink our water system" "manufacture more eggs with chicken safety & comfort"(I built a chicken coop to keep out coyotes) Rebuild the truck's transmission (and do it quick, we need water for next week)
Our parents raised the 5 of us kids with a paradigm to love God, love those around us & to never make enemy's. To not judge & to not take the small things for granted. Looking back at my first 17 years of life in that 35' long school bus has me thankful for so many amazing things. #samuelsadventures
