I want you to workout LIKE ME/with me - MY style. So here's week 10 - LEGS ( yes I follow my own guide ) I'm just doing circuit 1 ?
For the girls who have my guide, I recommend doing C1, C2, C1, C2. 7 mins each = 28 mins.
