STEP1
Apply Eye Shadow Base on eyelids
Highlight brow bone with Eye Shadow BIRCH from ELEMENT COLOR BOX palette
Blend on the crease Eye Shadow NATIVE from ELEMENT COLOR BOX palette
STEP2
Draw a line as a diffuse  with Khol eyeliner in ONIX as guide line 
Place on mobile eyelid Green-Yellow eye shadow from BEHIND THE SCENES palette
STEP3
Cover black eyeliner applied with Vibrant blue eye shadow  from BEHIND THE SCENES palette and integreate it to yellow  tone on mobile eyelid

STEP4
Mark socket line and blend between colors the Pink Eye shadow from BEHIND THE SCENES palette

STEP5
Line top lashline with Gel eyeliner in LITTLE BLACK DRESS following the edges of the blue eye shadow 
Apply false lashes, I used BE BRAVE by @townoflashes
Highlight inner corner with White Eye Shadow from BEHIND THE SCENES palette

STEP6
Line waterline and bottom lashline with Eyeliner REGAL BLUE and set it with same blue eye shadow from BEHIND THE SCENES palette

STEP7
Add false lashes on bottom lashline if you like and apply LaLa mineral Volumizing & Lengthening mascara in BLACK on top and lower lashes.
