This is LD (short for Late Disgorged, a term indicating that a sparkling wine has been aged extensively on its spent yeast cells), the head of pest control at Green Valley’s Iron Horse Vineyards (@IronHorseVyds), photographed here by operations manager Laurence Sterling (@lgsterling). She has her own little home right next to the tasting room.
