I wrote ‘The Only Reason’ in LA with Steve Robson and Busbee last August. It’s a pretty deep/heavy song lyrically; I was in a weird place at the time with my life & relationships… I think you can perceive the meaning of this song however you like, my perception is that it's about the person who you can't help but have an attraction towards. My favourite lyric is “even though my dizzy head is numb, I swear my heart is never giving up”... - Mikey x
