Changing my diet. There's no sense in going hard in the gym if I'm going to continue my horrific eating habits. Cutting back on everything white (pasta?, bread ?sugar ??? dairy/milk and salt) drinking tons of water and TRYING to get proper sleep. As we get older we can't get away with the same things we did back in the day! If you don't like your body/figure- before you take the short cut and go under the knife- try the natural way. Yes it's harder and takes discipline- but you will be proud of yourself when you accomplish your fitness goals! Trust me! Today is day 4 for me claiming my old body back!
