Another #tbt - one armed handstand prep! Start with one block and work your way up. Pull the bent elbow inward and do your best to level out your hips. Make sure you know how to properly fall out before giving it a go! Lots and lots of falling involved in one handed handstand work (at least for me?)! #handstand #love
