Bein an artist and being in shape and feeling confident, go hand in hand with me. When I'm on stage not only am I jumpin around like a monkey for an hour (and I need to be fit for that) but I also appreciate how fortunate I am to be on stage in front of thousands and in that moment I feel at my most confident and strongest. And when fans tell me that I've inspired them to get in shape, I can't tell you how good that makes me feel.
