Quick reminder: Tomorrow is the start of a fresh week. No matter what you're going through... Every day is a new beginning.

This past week I had a hard time slowing down and my back is starting to bother me for the first time in months (always a sign that I'm too stressed). This week ahead I'll be in four countries in six days and this, if anything, could be insanely stressful. But here is the thing: everything is a choice! Last week was a whirlwind and I chose to allow it. Tomorrow is a new day, and I choose to embrace all of this high energy vibration with a calm mind, a balanced body and a patient mindset. This week ahead is pure magic and I will make sure I'm present to enjoy it.
Breathe. Slow down. Be here, now. Set the tone for tomorrow by meditating on it today. What kind of week are you manifesting?
