Strike to inner corner - Vice2 palette
Rewind (Vice2 palette,a matte brown eyeshadow) to outer crease to (almost) inner corner.
Then blend...
After blending, prime your lid and pat a shimmer brown eyeshadow. (She used Radar from Vice2) from almost inner corner to outer lid, creating a soft v' shape.
Then line the top of lid with a eyeliner pencil or gel eyeliner and apply your favorite mascara. (She used Max volum from Bourjois) + falsies.
Lower lash line: Strike + Radar + a black gel eyeliner from L'oréal.
