#repost from @jessebrisendine "On this day 4 years ago, Paul Walker, myself, and 3 other friends boarded a plane to go and do whatever we could to help out with the earthquake recovery in Haiti.
In the days leading up to our departure, Paul and I went to REI, sporting good stores, military surplus stores, and anywhere else that may have supplies we would need for the trip.
Paul bought all of the supplies himself. He wanted to make sure that we were fully prepared and had the means to help out in as many ways as possible.
None of us had any idea what to expect. The only thing we were 100% certain about is that we were about to be a part of something very very special. And we were…

Since that first trip into Haiti, Reach Out Worldwide has now gone on to help 1000's of people all around the world. And it will continue to do so as long as you all help make it happen.

Paul had big dreams for what he wanted ROWW to become. He wanted it to get to a place where there could be multiple deployments at any given time. He wanted it to get to a point to where it could provide services beyond just disaster relief, like educational opportunities, disaster preparedness for at risk areas, and much more.
With Paul gone, it is now up to all of us to keep his vision for ROWW alive and growing.
On this day, the 4th birthday of ROWW, we can keep that vision alive by donating to ROWW, by telling a friend about ROWW, or by "sharing" ROWW on our Facebook pages and other social media.

If we work together now, we can ensure that ROWW will be celebrating many more birthdays for years to come.
