8'6" almost ready for next week's swell. Better and updated copy of an 8 footer I shaped myself a couple of winters ago. This is my attempt at shortening a 9'6"-10' board down so you can actually turn in the pocket. The first year #TheEddie ran at Waimea, I heard that #BrockLittle and #AaronNapolean rode boards of 8' and 7'10" when everyone else was on 9'6" and above. The eight foot range sounds short for Waimea but if you get under the ledge you don't really need all that length. #BatTailQuad. @cisurfboards @travlee
