Malaysian BBQ Chicken Salad.? I marinated my chicken with Malaysian Chicken Wing Spice by Shan. I get this from a middle eastern grocery store. I am sure you can find it around you at a store like that or an asian or indian grocery store. I also added 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce and 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Alter measurements based on your portion. This was for 3 deboned chicken thighs.? For the salad i just has some romaine lettuce, shredded carrots, cucumbers, feta cheese and tomatoes. Topped with raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
