Monday Motivation! Working on my hammies and glutes twice per week to bring them in better!? These workouts have been insane!?? I will be posting my workout for hammies/glutes later today!? Also this tan is only applied with a spray tan the day before the show. No I don't go to the tanning booth and fry until burnt lol. The spray tan is meant to show definition for my muscles on stage!??
