Celebratory love shout into the wind after completing a full 30-minute run this evening (what, am I the only one who likes to shout of the top of my lungs into infinity when I'm alone?? Try it, it's refreshing!). I don't think I've gone for a run in a full years time, and what's more; I really, really dislike running (working hard to avoid the word "hate" here). I was feeling quite frustrated today for a few different reasons and didn't feel much better after my practice so I dusted off my sneakers and headed out to the north shore.
I feel so good right now. I hate to run but I love to run so maybe I need it. It's good to shake things up. I feel a blog coming so I'm going to stop writing now love to you all #dothework #showup #breathedeeply
