So I wanted to share with you all my favorite booty/glute workout!
Lunges are my favorite and I try to do them 2-3 days per week. I make sure to include them with my leg or glute days.
I do 4 sets and 40 large step lunges 2-3 days per week. You can do these weighted if you're more advanced or you can do them not weighted. I usually do lunges with 35-45 pound plates holding them in each hand or you can do them with dumbbells I use 25-35 pounds and last but not least favorite way to lunge is to use a 80-100 pound dumbbell!???? Lol such a love hate relationship!
