Over these past weeks of travels I was able to meet so many awesome, unique women. Some I had the moment to sit down with, others out for a drink, some I styled, and many I was able to hear a bit of what's goin on right now in their lives. One thing I noticed we women can do is to overanalyze and shape the reality of things through our words. Meaning, we have the POWER to paint any situation through the way we CHOOSE to describe them. That job sitch, that relationship, that reflection you see in the mirror.. all have a perspective that you have the opportunity to see. And then most importantly, SPEAK. So choose your words (and friends) wisely. As the glorious #Adele would say: I have insecurities, of course, but I don't hang out with anyone who points them out to me." You can't both be awesome and negative, ladies. Choose one.
Heart you. Mean it.
