Tonight I had the honor of attending the #Outfest #LegacyAwards with my dear friend @andiebo, and had the additional privilege of presenting a never-before-seen clip of Harvey Milk. (Oh my gosh I was nervous!) Harvey's unstoppable courage and dedication to equality remind me how vital it is to stand up for what I believe in, and to use my voice to speak for those who are hushed by discrimination and bigotry, and to spread a message of love, equality, and hope. As Harvey said himself, "Hope will never be silent." I'm off to Montana in a couple of hours! This will be the first time in six years that I'll be back home during the winter. I'm looking forward to screening #BRIDEGROOM in Missoula and Kalispell.
