So I've been taking pics of dead birds for more than half my life. They could fill a book. This is my first hawk. I loved this hawk. It lived in my trees and made everyday better with it's power and beauty. It even had a baby hawk over the summer. I was so very sad to find it had fallen somehow. Look how big his talons are!!! I hope you've moved on to a bird paradise, lil bird buddy. And don't worry folks-I promise not to post more dead bird pics. This one was just too great not to share. ?
