Some plyo work on the TRX. A much more fun cardio session. My relationship with the stairmaster has been on the rocks lately so this is a great alternative, plus it builds strength and balance. Looking forward to improving my moves in the future!
This is 'track starts' and weighted lunges. Sooo much harder than they look haha. Try em out!
