Get the look:
1.Start by applying the lightest shade on the entire eyelid staying underneath the crease
2.Using the orange shade apply in the crease and blend out till there are no harsh edges
3.For a Pop of color take "Electric Blue" Khol eyeliner draw your winged liner
4.With the same pencil line the water line. Take the blue shade of the palette and smudge underneath the lower lash line. Apply the same shadow over top of the winged liner to set the liner in place.
