Post-prayer-hug backstage at the Hollywood bowl earlier this year. 14years ago we forged a friendship mostly on the fact we were complete opposites, however we had at least one common goal, and all these years later I can say that no-one has sharpened me more as a human being in who I am and what I am doing today.. Literally and metaphorically we have walked through fire, climbed mountains, been through the trenches together. followed him into battle everywhere from basketball courts to drug dens, slums to stadiums, and absolutely none of it makes sense outside of this scandal we call 'grace'.
