For my #TBT I'm posting a transformation pic to show how far I've come. On the left I am 15 6'3 135 lbs and everyone told me it's just not my genetics to have muscle, or I will never "get big" The right is me now. 6'7" 257 after 6 and 1/2 years of Natural lifting. I never gave up and I always believed in myself. I know what it's like to be out of shape. I know what it's like to be on the end of the spectrum where people talk bad about you and make fun of you based soley off your looks. And now that I have what I dreamed about I know never to make the same mistake that those others did. Because I know they judged and ridiculed out of jealousy or self hate and it had nothing to do with me. I will not make someone intentionally feel that way. I only want to lift people up and encourage everyone to Do better and Be better! I have no room for hate in my heart. I'm to busy loving the ones already there. You have to learn to love yourself no matter how you look or who you are. But Always be yourself. There's only one of you.. Bring your own uniqueness into the world. And oh.. They told me I could become anything... So I became THOR ⚡️☁️??haha Happy Halloween everyone ????? #THORSday
