#RecipeOfTheWeek is this fun #chocolate mousse #Halloween grave pots idea. Break 150g plain chocolate into small squares and put in a pan with 3 tbsp clear honey and 300ml whipping cream. Heat gently, stirring until chocolate is melted and mixture smooth. Cool and chill for 1 hour. Using an electric beater, whip the mixture until it becomes light and fluffy, then divide the mousse between 8 small serving dishes. Blitz 1x154g pack of Oreo biscuits in a food processor until they're fine crumbs. Scatter evenly over the mousse pots. Chill for at least 1 hour. Spoon 50g of melted dark chocolate into an icing bag and pipe 'R.I.P'
