Got my #BEAST tank today from #shredz - what u thought I wouldn't test it out and take a pic!?! The progress is comin on really well..I'm really happy with my gains from the #alphamalestack - the pic on the left was me at my leanest- I was focusing so much on my ab definition and gettin down to those single digit body fat percentages that I sacrificed more muscle than I wanted to. Now I'm probably at the heaviest and most solid frame I've ever had- I will inevitably lose a little muscle once I shred up again but that's to be expected. ?
