Just finished this most excellent and harrowing novel. An intense and poetic journey through a tortured mind and a vivid account of old cobbled London years ago. Samuel Beckett would have been proud. Looking forward to seeing what Cronenberg and Fiennes did with the film. It's rather horrific and at the same time strangely beautiful. Best book I've read this year.
