Alaina's motivation comes from her sister. " she is an outstanding dancer and the competition between us helps me strive for perfection daily. Although it's a never ending struggle having a sister who is also involved in ballet, it helps me stay on track, I always have someone to push me, to encourage me. " Alaina's inspiration comes from everyone around her, but especially from the company members of the Milwaukee Ballet. They all have different types of classical ballet bodies. Some more muscular and others have thin, Vaganova-style bodies. Each and every one of them are incredible dancers and they are proof that you don't need to have the perfect body to become professional ballet dancer. Alaina would love to join the Milwaukee Ballet eventually. But her other dream companies are San Francisco Ballet, Paris Opera Ballet and The Royal Ballet ✨
