I personally love doing yoga two times a week. You will benefit from yoga by doing 20 minutes one time a week, but remember the more you do, the quicker you’ll improve & more benefits you’ll see.

Remember, that no one was born doing yoga! We all started in the same place, not knowing anything about it and not being able to do it, so don’t feel bad for going to your first class!
