Lynne Updegraff has served the sport of volleyball for 32 years, the past 20 as the commissioner of the Iowa Region. She's the team manager of #IowaIce at the @FIVBwomensCWC. "Volleyball is a family sport where the parents follow the kids and the siblings follow the parents. I like that atmosphere. In Iowa we're trying to make sure people treat it as a sport and not as a profession for young kids." What do you do outside of volleyball? "We'll, I play volleyball twice a week. One of those nights I play with my sons; I think that's really important. It's a family get-together, which is why I like volleyball so much. It's a sport where a mom can play with her sons." #humansofvb
