My @rapidfitness #rf30days day two challenge complete! "Post a before/after picture" - this is my "before" picture although my personal goal is not to lose much more weight. I'm doing this challenge to challenge my fitness and my well-being, and to get a bit more definition again since it vanished while I was in Aussie hehe 😅 #cheatweek?
