Even when life is amazing, it's not necessarily easy. So often (too often) we believe that if we *just* get that one shiny thing that we want -- that new career, that new boyfriend, that toned new Pilates body, that respect from that person who is soooo much cooler than we'll ever be -- then we can lift our feet off the pedals and coast, coast, coast. But nope. I've never seen it work that way. Not once. We don't get to stop pedalling just because we've finally got the bicycle. Pedal after pedal after pedal after pedal, the journey continues.
