Getting a pedicure and reading up on yoga anatomy! This is a great book to add to your reading list if you are an aspiring yoga teacher. As with all great reads, I like to revisit it from time to time. Other great yoga books that have helped me greatly are "Yoga - the practice of moving into stillness" by Erich Schiffmann, "Yoga Mind, Body, Spirit" by Donna Farhi and of course "Light On Yoga" by BKS Iyengar. You can never learn too much so if yoga interests you - read on!
