The origin of the name Sioux co. : my grandma name is Wanda Sue or sue for short and her grandma in the photo in the black dress was Cherokee Native American they where both amazing women and my parents wanted to name me after all 3 Grandmoms so now my name is Laura from my dads, dad's mother and my middle name from my grandma sue and her native America grandma making my middle name Sioux.
So my name is something very special and when I first started my company I named is Grumbage I felt I could not name my company Sioux Co. Till I knew how my company would do since it was so special to me. Now I'm really proud of where my company was and now is, it is a company my grandmother takes part in making dress's and other beautiful design.
